Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

• If you received the wrong item or size, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
• We will cover the cost of shipping if the mistake was ours.
• If you are exchanging for a different color or size, you will need to cover the return shipping cost.

How to Return or Exchange

Please email us at catchi.co.nz@gmail.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for return or exchange
• Photos (if applicable)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items
• Used or washed socks
• Items without original tags or packaging
